Domestic Shipping – We currently ship to all 50 US States via FedEx 2 Day. We do NOT ship to PO Boxes. We offer free standard shipping on all domestic US orders above $75. In most cases, orders placed before 2pm EST will ship out same day. Orders placed after 2pm EST will ship out the following day
International Shipping – We currently ship internationally to most countries via FedEx. We do NOT ship to Spain due to customs restrictions. Your shipping rate will be calculated at checkout. You are responsible for additional charges by the destination country including but not limited to duties and import fees. U.S. Territories Shipping –We currently ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands via USPS Priority Mail. We charge a flat rate of $15 with free shipping on orders over $75.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one. Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your item(s).
We offer a 30 day full refund policy for items that are unopened, unused, and with original packaging still intact. Product(s) must be in their original packaging. We do not accept returns on opened products.Refunds do not include shipping charges.
Paypal & major credit/debit cards are accepted. We do not accept personal/certified checks or money orders.
We are not responsible for packages being held or rejected. In the event a package is returned, the customer may request a full refund (minus shipping charges) or they may request one re-delivery attempt, which would require an additional charge for the international flat rate shipping fee.
