Please know that our Spa policies are to ensure that each and every one of our guests will enjoy their experience here at Noy.
RESERVATIONS & ARRIVALS
Spa services are available by appointment only. We recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. A major credit card is required to hold a reservation for any of our services, including any Free Consultation services. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required when booking an appointment for Full Body Laser Hair Removal. Any of-site services including appointment bookings in Miami are charged in full at time of booking and are non-refundable. We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. This allows you ample time to fill out a client profile and to prepare for your treatment.
We value your business and appreciate your cooperation with our cancellation policy. We require that you advise us at least 24-hours in advance if you need to change or cancel an appointment we have held for you. We may charge up to the full amount of the service to your credit card for a cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment. If you fail to appear for your appointment without attempting to cancel your appointment beforehand, the full amount of the service will be charged to your credit card. For pre-purchased series of treatments, that session will be applied toward the series. Appointments booked for the same day are considered confirmed and cannot be cancelled, to adhere to our 24-hour cancellation policy. A $30 charge will be applied to your credit card for a late cancellation or no-show to any Free Consultation service.
Please understand that we allot a specific amount of time for each service. All spa appointments have been designed to allow the appropriate time for the full enjoyment of the service. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest experience possible. Please understand that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled treatments. You will be responsible for the full service.
Please put your cell phone on vibrate while visiting our Spa, so as not to disturb other guests during their treatment. Additionally, if you need to make a phone call we kindly ask that you step outside.
GIFT CARDS & CERTIFICATES
Gift cards/certificates are non-refundable and non-transferable. Discounted gift cards cannot be purchased and used as form of payment in same transaction. Not redeemable for cash or credit. Not redeemable on retail products or series of treatments. ALL gift cards/certificates must be mentioned at time of booking and must be presented at your appointment. Limit one gift card/gift certificate per service or product purchase. Gift card/gift certificates cannot be combined with first time client and referral discounts. Complying with NYS Law, all purchased gift cards/certificates expire 5 years after from being issued. However, a $50 inactivity fee will be charged for gift cards/certificates redeemed after 25 months from being issued. Promotional gift cards/certificates issued by Noy Skincare, including email sign-up, expire after 1 year and are only valid toward regular priced services excluding the following: Guasha Buccal Massage, and all services performed by Danna Omari
Please note that appointments CANNOT be changed or cancelled online.
A $25 deposit is taken for all online bookings made by first time clients. This deposit may only be refundable if a request to cancel an appointment is made outside of our 24 hour cancellation policy. Appointment time and/or esthetician may be changed by management in order to optimize our daily schedules. If you have a request for a specific esthetician, we recommend calling to make your appointment. When booking online you may leave a request in the “notes” field of the appointment booking. However, online bookings are automatically scheduled by room availability and not by esthetician.
Spa specials can not be used or combined with any other offer, promotions or third party gift cards/certificates. First time client discount is 10% off for regular-priced services only. Not valid toward the following: Discounted add-on services, series of treatments, Sculptural Buccal Facial, and retail products.
Our services do not include gratuity. Gratuities are accepted in cash only. The average gratuity for a spa service is 18% to 20% of the total cost of the treatment. However, the gratuity you leave is entirely based on your satisfaction. It is not necessary to leave gratuity on Acupuncture services.
All prices displayed on our website are subject to change at anytime, and without notice. This is included for all single session pricing as well as any series of treatments, and promotions.
SERIES OF TREATMENTS RETURN POLICY
Unfortunately we are unable to issue any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on our spa series of treatment that was purchased. We will exchange them for you for other spa series of equal value or spa credit of equal value.
PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
Noy Skincare currently accepts returns for defective products and packaging only. Products must be returned within 14 days of purchase, accompanied by original receipt. All sale and promotional vouchers are final sale.
Chinese herbs and/or supplements prescribed by the Acupuncturist may be returned within 14 days of purchase when accompanied with a receipt, for a full refund if they are unopened, and in original, undamaged packaging.
Major credit cards are accepted. We do not accept personal/certified checks or money orders.
